AIRCON RIDICULOUS!! / FREEPLAY NON-EXISTENT!!

Two complaints in one - Firstly, please do something about the aircon it blows gale force winds and some areas are worse than others. I find it extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable, after not even an hour of play my eyes are watering profusely, I'm cold and miserable and need to get out of the place!!! How can one enjoy themselves when the conditions are unpleasant??? On Friday night I tried my best to battle it out and even called one of the guys in a red jacket to get a Manager or someone to see what I was talking about, needless to say no one came. It was EXTREMELY bad at Machine 41505, I battled to keep my eyes open they were watering so much and my hair was even blowing as if I was sitting under a fan!! Nearly everywhere in your casino (non-smoking) you can feel it blowing down on you (people are going to end up with pneumonia!!). Indeed not a pleasant gaming experience!!!! 2nd complaint, I received an SMS that I had R150 Freeplay valid 12-16 May, which was not on my card on Friday (15 May) and I had to get a Manager to sort it out and put it on my card, very frustrating.
