abusive security

thank you thiko events and carnival City for the pick Nick event that took place on the 16th. <br> I would like to lay a complaint about your security guys that were on duty on the night. <br> after everything that took place were buy we ended up being beaten by your security guards and lost my valuables, I tried to look for assistance with the matter where we were referred to this white lady and guy whom are supposed to be managing our safety. when I got <br> there instead of being assisted I was told I'm stupid by the 2 and they never offered to nit did anything to see how badly I am injured or to help in anyway. I then went on to speak to the security manager by the name of Nick Vosloo who was also no good in to help me instead he just spoke to as if I'm not human at all. where by I felt betrayed caused I tried to open up a case but I couldn't get any help as no one was able to give me any form of assistance with the matter. <br> I'm writing this letter hoping to get some form of response where I'll be able to state my case cause no one was willing to help no matter what I tried to call for assistance, I feel as if I was treated worthless, the people that were put in place
