My worst experience ever!!!!

Hi there

For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to get my Tecno Camon 11 phone with the only approved service provider in SA which is Carlcare, I emailed Carlcare numerous times in attempts to get assistance but unfortunately they have been sending me in cirlces .. I spoke to an engineer which transferred me to another engineer who eventually ignored me totally, I am out of a job today because of Carlcare and I still don't have my phone fixed... I've been asking the same question "is the screen available?" and no one has given me an answer in the past 3weeks!!!!

In an age where communication is so easy people still choose to be ******** to they customers, and this is rude and utterly appalling!!!

Carlcare should remove the care in Carlcare.
