****** vehicle booking funds - Ref no: CJT-***

I booked a vehicle with Alamo car rental online on carjet platform on 12 June 2025, for 31 days to 13 July 2025. I arrived at 10:45 at Alamo OR Tambo Airport to fetch the vehicle. Alamo immediately voided/canceled the booking. A cancelation voucher for the amount of R5 358 was sent to me by Alamo. However, Carjet refused to refund me, even though I canceled before the stipulated time, and neither did I take possession of the for even 1 second. Carjet later sent me an invoice for €35.98 \ R730.68, but still refused to refund the R5 626 payment they deducted from.my account the 31 days booking.

It was a complete and classic ***** by CarJet that must be exposed.
