I rented a car paid in full plus the suggested insurance premium only to arrive at O.R.Tambo on Sunday afternoon, as per my booking, only to be told that the car will not be handed over to me due to a credit score issue. I've never heard of this BS and to be left standing on the pavement with my luggage on a Sunday afternoon is totally unacceptable. I can also tell you that they do not have a manned office. I was advised to contact the office if i had a problem and i was informed that there is no one at the office. Of course trying to get a refund you are sent from pillar to post and no real person is available to speak to you, i believe these people are from some foreign country as the language they reply to your refund request is Spanish or something. just be assured you will be taken for a ride they are very good at taking your money and then they disappear or hide behind a foreign country account.
