Carjet pathetic company

I’ve booked a vehicle online. My booking ref number is CJT-***4 The vehicle was to be picked up at Konya airport and dropped off on the 6th in Izmir. To my disgust there is no car available. How am I going to go around with four youngsters for the next 7 days. Furthermore there is no contact email or phone number in Turkey for carjet. You guys messed up my Holiday
