Pathetic Customer Service for a 5 star Restaurant

I got engaged over the weekend. My fiancé had planned for us to skydive (where he proposed to me) and then booked (or so he thought) a table for us at Cargo Hold. He requested the tank table. He also made the reservation a whole month before the date. On arriving at the skydive center, he called cargo hold to inform them that there was a delay at the sky dive center and will be there shortly. The person that answered told him there was no booking made & was quite rude to him. When he asked to speak to the manager, he was told the manager was not in & there was no one else he could speak to. She then told him that they will make a plan very abruptly. When we got to Cargo Hold, the service was pathetic. For a 5 star restaurant, our waiter did not welcome us in, did not even show us to our table. He just pointed out a table at the end and said 'sit there'. Our meals were great. We ordered a starter & main. Both were basically banged onto the table when they were served. He rushed us to get the bill to us. Side note: my future mother in law called them as well On the day to ask if they could make it special for us seeing as we just got engaged. She asked if they could put out candles or anything to make it good. We literally had just a table and a chair.

For a 5 star, I was totally horrified at the service and will NEVER recommend Cargo Hold to anyone.
