Horrible experience

Bad experience it was, the restaurant is old and dull with cracked floors, old furniture 😔..the food was the worst we ordered pork ribs and seasonal vegetables with chips, we only received what tasted like beef ribs that were overcooked and falling off the bone, the said seasonal veges were not in sight...they charge a compulsory "service charge" that they say it's a tip ..why would any restaurant demand a tip??
