worst service ever

Worst panel beater ever. My car has been there over two months. They first told me there was an embargo on parts being shipped into the country from Germany. I gave them contact details of a company that could bring parts in for repairs to my Mercedes Benz (Cla200 - 2021). The story then changed to Mercedes Benz south africa doesn't have parts, when contacted Mercedes Benz SA said they would get involved. I was told my car went into painting and it would be ready on Friday. when i contacted them to confirm pick up they said it wasn't ready as they where waiting for more parts this after confirming the week before they had all parts.
