Useless service Carello auto

My vehicle went for repairs at Carello auto after 83 days when they evtualy finshed ,they send it for inspection @nissan ,.After numerous call to outsurance ,and Carello auto ,I always need to follow up ,long last the client liason party at outsurance took it over ,still need to follow up ,Friday afternoon 2 first time the assessor Lincoln went to inspevt ,after the inspection he phoned me once since then he ignore my calls Rose from Outsurance is another o e ,I needed to contacr her ,then on Friday after@3 they just said nothing we xan do wsit for Mondsy ,Patchetic service from alm the parties ,not one of then willing to do a little bit extra so that a client can have jis vehicle after 83 days without it At Carello auto there's a zNthando worst cluent service ever ssme sd eith so called service manager Stephen, just ssid soryy we can pnly rske it pn Monday .Received message on Wednesday the 22nd June they were at stage 3 of 5 only polishig and qc left then Monday suddenly waiting forcdribe shaft ,then I had to find out for first time it needs to go to Nissan for inspection, they've been bull****ting me from the beginning, only want to eork on exutiive vehocles not a R 200 000 car not enough mark up for the effort !!!!!!!!
