Story after story about my car

Firstly, this repairer is not BMW approved - however accepted a job from Standard Bank Insurance they neither had the parts nor know-how to do. The car was sent to them early december 2014 for repairs to tehe bonnet and bumper. They did not have the parts, closed to go on holiday and have since served me \tomorrow"after \""tomorrow\"" on the readiness of my car. <br> <br> They have failed (3 times now) to get the paint job on the bumper right"
