Severe clear coat damage done

Brought my car in for repairs on driver side rear quarter. Received the car back and the repairs looked good. A few weeks later after the car was washed it showed that the entire drivers side of the car had swirl marks in the paint.

I took the car back, where I was promised they'd repair it. They waxed the car and again, it looked as if the issue was repaired. Just like before,few weeks later the car was washed and the swirl marks returned.

I took the car back a third time where the car was kept for a few days. Got the car back, and hot it washed again. While the swirl marks were less, they were still present.

I had to resort to taking the car to a completely different panel beater to have the cars clear coat redone and have the paint corrected. Absolutely disgusting service and dishonesty from carello
