If you think it's bad, it's actually even worse

The service is actually something to laugh about. Their SMS messages are the biggest load of nonsense as my car was never actually where the sms said it was. Installing a new radio 1 week. To valet the car (that was never actually done) another week. Car was gone almost 3 months before I went and took it back so, if you're happy to be without your vehicle for months and every time your car goes back they break something else then this is the place to go. When I moaned about the service over the phone I got shouted at and told that they're as frustrated as I am with the situation and ****** and recovered vehicles are always an issue to sort out?? Car was ****** and recovered within 20min and 6 months later is till worse off than when the repair process started. Meeting with the actual insurance company has not made much of a difference and ZERO effort has been made or offered to compensate me for the waste of my time and time spend stuck without my vehicle? I WILL remove the tracking device from my car for sure as there is really NO incentive for me to have recovered this vehicle. I would rather pay e-toll than insurance because at least I get to use the roads I pay for...
