Bad Service

Hi<br> <br> I booked in my car in Carello Auto after my wife had scratched it. The car had just a minor scratch on the bumper and fender. It has already been 2 weeks and i have been trying to get feedback without any success. I even went to their branch on Tuesday(28-07-2015), and they promised my car would be ready by Friday. When I call they are unreachable and when I send emails i can see that they are read but they do not respond. My insurance also struggled to get hold of them to authorize the claim. I should have just cut my ties with them by then.<br> <br> I just want my car because I am so inconvenienced.
