Always take forever

First my husbands car went there a year ago to be repaired, took so long the 30 day car hire expired before the car was completed. I have now just experienced the same problem with my car . Then to top it all, I paid the excess from 1 standard bank to another, which should be instant transfer, took the proof of the transfer only to be told it was not in their bank so i cannot get my car. REALLY after over a month!!!!! I recon the insurance companies should make them pay for the hired cars while they repair, man that would get things moving better. Also I will tell my insurance company NEVER to use them again.
