Worst moving experience - CAREFUL MOVERS SA - BOKSBURG

We moved house from Mpumalanga to North West. After getting in touch with Careful Movers SA - Boksburg, and receiving a quote (A MONTH IN ADVANCE OF MOVE) - which was all very professional and prompt, we were asked to pay at least a 50 % deposit, we paid a 70% deposit. We were quoted for a 8 ton truck with trailer, which according to the sales person would be sufficient for the move. Our moving date was a Tuesday and on the Thursday before we sent an email, as well as a whatsapp to the whatsapp number for them to please confirm above arrangement. No response. On Tuesday morning a team arrived with a 4 ton truck only and would not start loading until the balance was paid. Needless to say the truck was way to small and they would have to do 2 trips. I left Mpumalanga with the first load at 10h00 on the Tuesday morning - arrived in North West at 13h00 and waited until 15h00 for the truck to arrive and download, to then go back to Mpumalanga and load rest of move to come back. My husband had to stay at the old house for them to return. Later we found out the team went to JHB to HIRE a trailer and then returned to Mpumalanga - at 23h00. By 02h00 they finished loading (not everything) and my husband was told no more space, choose what you want to take and what you want to leave as there is not enough space for everything!!! Needless to say we were irate ! By 02h00 on Wednesday morning my husband left with the truck, he arrived in North West at 05h00 and the truck only arrived after 09h00 on the Wednesday morning.... our brand new double door fridge was sc****d and damaged, antique table leg broken off, and some smaller breakages. When I phone head office in Boksburg I was told to send photos and send an email..... Today is 20 April 2021, or move was scheduled for 07 April 2021 --- AND TO DATE NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND. So if I can give anyone out there advice, think twice about Careful Movers SA.... we will never ever do business with them again.
