I originally left a review about my experience with this moving company, but I was forced to delete it because the company refused to deliver my belongings unless I removed the reviews.

My belongings were collected from Durban and I was repeatedly given different delivery dates and explanations. I was initially assured that my items would be delivered on Saturday before 12pm. That did not happen. I was then told Monday, then Tuesday, and continued receiving conflicting information about where my belongings actually were and when they would be delivered.

The situation became even more concerning when, after I had already paid for the service, I was told that my belongings would not be delivered unless I corrected/deleted my reviews. I have the WhatsApp conversations confirming this. I ultimately deleted the reviews because I needed my belongings, which were already paid for, to be delivered.

My belongings were eventually delivered on Saturday at approximately 9:30pm — far later than the delivery time I had originally been given.

Unfortunately, there was also a small ***** missing from my study desk, leaving part of the desk support unstable. The company had previously assured me that my belongings were in order and that there was no damage, so discovering this afterwards was disappointing.

The communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating, with repeated changes in information and commitments that were not kept. The manager, Blessing, was also very rude and demeaning when I raised my concerns, which made an already stressful situation even worse.

I would not recommend this moving company based on my experience. If you choose to use them, I would strongly advise you to use them entirely at your own risk.
