First of all, the sales assistants on the phones are unprofessional and unreliable. You will call, email and receive no response (I had already paid the 100% cost of moving and scheduled the moving date). I was supposed to have my things moved on the Tuesday early, the people only came the following day - I had to keep hounding them for their whereabouts. While they were loading my things on the truck, they complained to me that my items were too heavy even though I had clearly stated what needed to be moved. Careful Movers thought it wise to send 2 men to move my double door fridge which got damaged while still entering the truck. They then told me I should expect my delivery on the Thursday or Friday - they only came on Monday. And when they eventually came, many of my belongings were missing and all of the items I had them move were either severely scratched or completely broken. On enquiring what can be done about it, they were mum. Initially they did not even want to investigate where my missing items were because it’s not their responsibility apparently until again, I had to hound them. Very poor, poor service. The company name is very ironic because there is no care whatsoever in what they do.
