Definitely a NO GO!!!. Opportunistic owner. Damaged items, not interested in repairing them. PC was placed in trailer and got damaged due to the rattling and bouncing of trailer (JHB-CTown) bicycle was later found to have scratched against something all the way and TV cabinet same. owner says they are not responsible for protecting the items YET he protected everything else until he ran out of blankets. I was forced to use them due to moving company I paid a deposit to cancelled on same day as move. They only arrived at 21:00 (after telling me they will be on site at 16:00)and we finally finished packing at 10:00 next morning due to them having to go look for a trailer, even though I requested one. Quote went up nearly 40% from start of requesting quotes from them. POORLY run coming from a removals company.
