Extremely Unreliable Service!!!

We had an incredibly disappointing experience with this transporter. The delivery, originally promised within 2-3 days from Johannesburg to KwaZulu-Natal, was delayed by a staggering 9 days.

Despite continuous follow-ups from our side, there were no proactive updates provided. We were later informed that the items hadn’t even been loaded when the truck was already near the delivery location. To make matters worse, the items were rerouted unnecessarily to the Eastern Cape before eventually being delivered to KZN.

This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering their service to be vigilant and think twice before entrusting them with your goods.
