Damage to furniture and bad service

Very bad service. Scratched my fridge in the front, scratched my desk, packed boxes upside down and did not keep the fragile boxes in mind at all. Blessing our consultant thereafter did not get back to me after numerous calls, whatsapps and emails to cover the damages with the advertised goods in transit insurance. Eventually I added a google review that indicated that the service was not good. After that, Blessing informed me that due to my bad review he would not claim for the damages to my fridge. We are now stuck with the damaged goods, not to mention what possibly broke in the boxes which I haven't opened yet
