Careful movers *****sters and ****s

I looked for quotations for furniture moving from Pretoria to Edenvale,i eventually decided on the above mentioned company, i paid the deposit following a confirmation there was availability on the30/08/2026.

The day prior i sent a message asking why the log in to the move was still saying awaiting confirmation. The day of the move i contacted the company on the whatsapp line provided,the person on the line said they will follow up with the person who helped me Brian. I received no feedback,i started phoning and sending messages on the lines provided,no answer, i eventually decided to see if i could get an alternative company which i did and told the company on the whatsapp line that i am using someone else due to them not arriving and not communicating or even answering,i then requested my deposit to be returned.

That evening at 17h00 i get a call they are at my gate,i tell the driver i have already moved.The next day i contact their office and speak to Blessing,who says he will investigate and provide feedback. I eventually phone again as nobody comes back to me,the response i get is that the driver communicated with me at 13h00,my response was i have all my records showing no communication,can they provide theirs,as to date no response,everytime i call Blessing is busy and he will call back.

This is the worst company,*****sters and i hope nobody ever uses them again.
