Careful Movers Rep is terrible

If I could give less then one star I would. From being quoted an 8 ton truck with 8 ton trailer. To be then sent a 8 ton truck and 2 ton trailer. So the first move took most my stuff. They then had to send a truck the next day and again they sent a 2 ton truck. So again they sent another truck the next day. Once this occurred my stuff was put into storage. While the first truck was on its way. The representative said R50000 for my move Then I got quoted R30000 for the second move Added to which they wanted a further R4000 for packing materials they used of their own. They called me the day of arrival with the first truck to inform me they would not deliver unless I paid the R4000 which a different representative said because of the mix up they would be covering that. Stuff was broken a lot. Some stuff missing. I reported this So at least with their insurance I would get something back. I provided photos. Only to have the same rep tell me that damage is not their fault and does not qualify for insurance. I just phoned the company now and I can never get to talk to anyone else The representative tells me today he owns the company. As I asked to talk to an owner. I am so angry and disheartened by what was damaged and the attitude of the Rep who I understand I am not allowed to name here. But the worst service ever.
