BE CAREFULL!!!!
Blessing from Careful movers was accommodating and professional at first. After making payment, pick up in the Eastern Cape was performed 4-5 hours late which caused us to move flights and incur extra costs. This is after Blessing was advised of the flight times. And still no remorse given.
Drop of furniture was to arrive the next day, as they advised but they arrived 3 days late. During this time, countless calls were made with no answer and response from the main office or Blessing. We thought that our belongings were ******. Luckily we get a call back to say that furniture will be delivered, again no apologies given.
I would never use them again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Extremely bad time management, communication and questionable service.
Our shared loads are usually scheduled for 3 to 7 days delivery and i understand this was not clearly stated to you and frankly we did not expect any delays.
Again, apologies for the delay and any inconvenience caused. I am glad all the furniture arrived safe without any damage.
