Bad experience

Bad experience. I made contact with a view to engaging their removal service. We corresponded back and forth discussing details. Then communication stopped from their side. I phoned repeatedly, no response. I sent emails no response. I phoned from another phone and they answered. I asked why they rep****. They said they woukd get back to me but never did. I think they blocked me. Why? Who knows. Very unprofessional. If they didn't want my business, just say so, one would think. Very strange.
