second week still no fitment!

<p>I requested for a fitment to be done on my vehicle last week Friday 21/10/2016. Got a call for an appointment then for whatever reason appointment was cancelled. Called in again yesterday spoke a lady named Mindie Oginvie who confirmed to have set an appointment for for me, today I waited to no avail no one bothered to call me to cancel. This is really an inconvenience! Do they want my business or not n? If not please advise so that I may get another company!!!!</p>
