What a company full of empty promises and a ****mer!, Back in 2024 March, I was hijacked and my car was driven in an abnormal speed, I was held captive in the boot until early mornings. Car track promises to pay close to R150000,00 hence i was convinced to take a good premium. Now im busy getting calls that I am owing them R8650.00 and my name is blacklisted ruining my credit profile. How can you continue to pay hence I told the lady that works there to cancel my premium because they failed to get my car.

Useless and poor service
I'm currently experiencing a poor customer service from Car Trak, I called in for a downgrade and the agent explained the process and the costs included. The debit order with a payment of R350 went through on the 25th and I was also told to expect a call for a new fitting of the device sadly till today I haven't received any call. I called in on the 5th of June 2026 and I was sent from pillar to post with no one assisting me with my query. Kindly assist me with intervention as I cannot afford the new premium which has increased since 25th May 2026.

Bad services after 14 years being with them.
Run away from these ****mers, I spoke to more that 20 consultants being send from pilar to post (Censani, Nolutha, Tshiraeletso) I called since June 2025 till today to cancel my subscription for car track because I sol the car to buy a new one, I was told I must pay 2200 cancelation or they can come and remove the tracking device from my car then I pay 850, until today their never came to remove their until I sold the car, then they transferred the instalment of the car I sold into my new can instalment, now am paying for 2 tracking systems even they I sold the other car. Am cancelling then even for the new car am looking for the service provider
