Poor show

We call in to do a due diligence on our installed unit. We get redirected to two different people. The second lady is huffing & puffing while we asking our questions. Then she tells us we should be seeing one thing on the screen, but we not, and gets even more huffy & puffy & sighing. But point is, she can’t help. Can’t confirm our questions, and sounds like we just annoying her more than anything. Wow, awesome customer retentions and service!!!

Hmmm, time to go car tracking quote hunting.
