Horrible service

If there was a zero, that would be my rating. It's been months since they disabled my panic button, after mentioning that it's been alerting them several times that I've been pressing it even when I wasn't in the car. I've been told several times to expect a call from someone who would set an appointment to have the panic button replaced. I'm paying for the tracker each month, but my panic button does not work!
