DECEIVING, MONEY MONGER AND IRRESPONSIBLE

i sadly greet you Car track,

i am client of car track ********** 1 / FD65ZGGP and im really disappointed i joined such a irresponsible and negligence company when it come to its clients

my car was ****** 26-04-2018 and car track allegedly my car was found 22-06-2019 and i was never told that it was found. i only got to know about the car that it was because of the deduction i got from car track, after i had an agreement with Johnny Smith and Bomkazi that i wont be paying until further notice and that further notice i was not advised about i just got a deduction from my account.

Aron Govendor the supervisor who **** to say that he told me that he found my car, where as he only phoned to tell me to ask distinctive features about my car. i was never phoned to come view the car and confirm if it was my detective was told about this and my insurance, this is really appalling from such a big company. Aron Govendor said he get back to me after i confronted him about him lying.

i then phoned the accounts department to cancel my service because the car now belongs under my insurance given that they paid the bank that was financing my that use to be my car. and they told me to pay a cancellation fee of R1700. yet there nothing that has been loyal about car track to me. please help me cancell my services as i know longer want service with car track as they failed to find my car in time before my insurance paid for it. why MUST I PAY FOR THAT NO LONGER BELONG TO ME., I HAVE NO PROOF THAT THE CAR WAS FOUND.... THIS IS REALLY DISAPPOINTING BY CAR track !!!!! i do have proof and recordings for what i have said.
