What a worst service a received from Car track today, Here's my story, in Dec 2018 car track mistakenly debited my account and i phoned them mater was resolved and they apologized everyone was happy but little did i know that is actually the beginning of a nightmare Jan 2019 same problem happened again i phoned and they apologized which is famous but i tripped this morning as i noticed a debit order notification on my phone which in essence i was debtoed twice this month, phoned them all over again and same same rout as they'd normally do apologized and i actually tripped when they told me that i have to wait for the next refund period which is on the 13th Feb. or i should phone the bank to reverse it now i should use my money calling bank to reverse the funds, believe you me i am gonna take this matter to different platforms t expose such high level of incompetence, such behavior should be brought to books we cannot suffer their negligence. i spoke to a consultant name Meikie and the line Manager names Precious Kubheka but help Dololo i'm extremely fed up.
