Car tracker fitment

I was told after I was hijacked that the vehicle fitment isn't working and I must pay monthly premium for a vehicle that was strip and tracker couldn't even visualize my vehicle when I was hijacked buh I get called 10times a day for a premium and they can't even give us proper service no one knows what should be done but they call for premium collection everyday and and no one is assisting me even when I cancel the policy please listen to recordings
