Car Track Dissapointment

For the first time ever i got an empty tank. I tried the happy button for car track and it never went through. 24hrs later am still pressing it and it doesn't work. One wonders if your car is ****** and you press this button then they take days to respond yet they debit account every month. Am doubting them completely
