Bad in Communication

<p>Car track put a new unit into my car (2015) and I was told and according the website the unit cost R239.00 pm and since the unit was installed I am paying R279pm. I enquire the amount difference several times and was told that it would be cancel the difference and I am still on the 15th July 2016 the difference is still active and I am still awaiting a response to what will happen to the difference paid due to me not give the approval for the extra added. Plus I did not even receive my username or password to log in to the website to view my information as per indicated that I can do. E-mail send to Katlego Marumolwa with no feedack at ALL </p>
