Trying to make money underhandedly and *******ly

The worst experience. The Director Renier Britz is very unpleasant to deal with and clearly only cares about the money that comes into his business. Bought a bakkie and had to return it due to it losing power and putting my life in danger and all he cares about is his fee for "labour" to look at the bakkie and tell me there is nothing wrong. After tapering with the fuel line before selling it to me and saying that it wasn't them. I asked for this fee to be removed but refused, after pointing out that legally he is not allowed to charge me anything if he hasn't given me quotes or advised me of a possible fee. In his eyes it is his business so he can do what ever he wants. I even pointed out I will take it to the MIOSA if he isn't going to help me and simply wished me well in my endeavours. Absolutely the worst i have been treated as a customer. They give second hand dealerships a bad name, and then want to post about how they such good people with Christian values.
