Horrible after sale service at Car King Newlands

Had I knew the nightmare of taking a Rent To Own deal with Car King Newlands, 44 Main Road in Johannesburg would be I wold have stayed away. The arrogance, stinking attitude of this guy called Morne Britz is beyond comprehension. Rude,unprofessional, arrogant is how I can describe him and his business. Same with their sales team, once the deal is sealed you are not existent, Took a Volvo CX90 which has been leaking oil from day 1, they promised to fix it and I had to spend almost a week without a car while it gathered dust at their workshop. I have bleeded money from their countless services, parts that I am now due to pay suddenly, something I was assured it was covered in their maintenance contract. They have made my life a living hell because as we speak they INSISTED that the car had a wheelbearing problem which they could fix in a day, to date it has spent 5 days at the workshop and worse the original quote has been inflated by 100%. These guys get away with ****** and are ****** to the core. WHEN YOU CALL YOU ALWAYS GET TOLD OF THIS MORNE, who ignores your calls or promise to get back to you and no response or you will be met with a rude stinking attitude. They are very quick to debit your account every month but their service stinks. I pray someone close them down SOON. Will never recommend even my worst enemy to do business with this guys. Worst mistake I ever made and am still living the nightmare. Do not be fooled by their response when they say we should call or send our complaints to them because all you will get is rudeness from this Morne or lies from that salesman. Run away and never do business with these guys, EVER!
