Cash King

I was on debt review and went for rent to own with Car King. R30000 deposit was requested from me,for car worth R99 000. I organized a deposit of R15000 and had my Peugeot 206 taken by them for R15000,which they sold for R49 000 so as to make up for 30k deposit. I received a car and the same week it had performance problems ,which were not there when I took it out of the garage. I wrote an email about my concern and I was told it's because I'm speeding.and refuted the claims untill I was told to bring it in. I did. And on my way back home engine lost power and the same problems happened and I called immediately while on the road,and I was told to come back again ,but it might cost me this time around even though I pay maintenance. I formally wrote an email about this problem and never had a solution. Next service I sent it to Bosch,and it was a disaster according to Bosch personnel's. They told me this car was never serviced and have been involved in an accident,which I was never told about. After 24 months I decided to take it back since it's problems are not soluble. Guess what!!! they say I now owe them R69 000 of repairs on the car.Keep in mind,I have already forked out R 5000 *24 months= R120 000 + R30 000 deposit which all comes to R150 000,for a R99 000 s**** that costed me other side costs like service,parts and maintenance. And they still want R69 000?
