Car king Johannesburg

I purchased a 2015 Honda NC750X from the above company one of 3 very slick things happened that scare me. I met the dealer reps at a private residence, the sale went well, informing me that the bike hadn't been in an accident, had a full service history and all should be in order other than specified on the OTP. I would not have bought it if the above wasn't in order as it was for a commuting purpose and am expecting a child. I had signed 2 invoices with a stamp on it that said sold as is/voetstoets, I handed them back as the salesman said he would put the papers all together and staple them. We sat chatting about kids, life and all that's associated with that. He said we could not collect the bikes papers as they were at the shops with the books and original papers. I left and waited for the call. I had sent the bike to honda to get a check over. CARKING failed to inform me that The clocks were changed reflecting the incorrect mileage, the clocks were actually for a NC700 as confirmed by Honda sandton. I then went over the paperwork to see if it was mentioned . And it was not. I then see on my invoice there is a second stamp that said "sold as s**** per KG" When I questioned them about it they made out like im a joke.. looking for attention.. apon requesting a refund they flat out refused and offered me R10 000 less as a buy back. I was prepared to walk away from it until I see on facebook market place that it has been re listed when the salesperson said he was shocked to hear the bike was in this condition and will follow up with the supplier who they purchased from.

I will never use Car King for the rest of my life and I caution everyone who uses carking
