Big ******** for Rent to own and Service

We went to Car King for assistance with a rent to own option and got qualified for R50000. We paid a deposit of R10 000 cash and all that happened last week. We were promised by Grendell and Morne that by end of this week we will have a vehicle. However this did not happen as we are still stuck without a vehicle and have to rent a vehicle from a rental company. Every day a new story that they are still struggling to find a vehicle. We however found a vehicle for a price range close to R50 000 and got told that sorry we can only get a cheap vehicle due to the commission that needs to be paid from the rest of the R50 000 and then they still get commission every month on the payment as well. I have went to another company that can assist me with a vehicle and got told when asking for my R10 000 deposit back that they can only pay me back R8000. My question is. I paid R500 admin fee to get approved, R10 000 deposit for service and here i am still sitting and waiting for a vehicle. I would appreciate if we can get somebody to contact me with regards to this matter as i want to be refunded my money back for the poor service received.
