Bad service from Car King, CD Auto & Wesbank

I saw a Golf 7 GTI at CD Auto Roodepoort, test drove it a few times and was very happy with the vehicle. the vehicle was then bought by Car King Roodepoort and finance done though Wesbank including a Warranty through Motorite. 1 day after taking delivery i experienced (Engine Light, EPC, Auto Stop start & Oil light staying on contimously). i then contaced CD Auto who assisted to take the vehicle in on 5 occasions to his own mechanic and IBoost Boksburg. they vehicle was never fixed correctly and every time i got the car back the issues were not correctly resolved. the vehicle then picked up an engine knock and was sent back to Car King when the inspector from Motorite did an assessment he advised that the vehicle had modification done to it and the warranty cant be claimed against. i explained to them it was purchased as is and the only change i did on the vehicle was the turbo intake system which was incorrectly installed which i paid cash for. i have met with both CD Auto and Car King but none of them want to take liability and i have reffered the case to Ombudsman. this issue is now 5 Months old and i have to continue to pay for a vehcile that is now parked in my garage. Wesbank just says i need to wait for Ombudsman but continue to take my debit order monthly. this type of decitfulness is what consumers need to be aware of when dealing with these companies as they should have never financed or taken out a warranty knowing that i could never claim against it. i now sit with a repair bill thats over R70 000.00 and cant afford to repair the vehicle myself.
