Very poor service

My son took his car for a mayor service in December 2018 to car clinic vally view in Krugersdorp. R2700 later he got his Alfa mito back but the service light was not cleared. He phoned them and he had to take the car back the next day. According to them they forgot to clear it. He came there the next day they could not clear the service light. They told him he must drive the car untill the remaining kilometers is driven then he must bring it back then it will clear. So he went there last week they told him to come back monday then their machine that clear the service light will be back from repairs on monday this week. He took the car this week monday and he was told to leave the car there the machine will be there between 10 and 11. They phoned him later and said that the cars service light could not be cleared due to Alfa's service light could only be cleared every 30000km. My son phoned Alfa in midrand and centurion they said it can be cleared. He emailed car clinic vally view and asked them to refund him or make a appointment for his car at a workshop that can clear the service light for him on their cost. No reply from them yet.
