Very disappointing and **sloppy service from Car Clinic Little Falls**.

I took my car in specifically for a **clutch diagnosis**, but instead I was quoted for a number of other items, including the brakes, CV joints and rack ends, which were not what I had asked them to diagnose.

To make matters worse, they **lost my lock nut** while my car was in their care. When I raised the issue, they did nothing to help or resolve the situation.

The whole experience was **sloppy, unprofessional and extremely disappointing**. There was a complete lack of accountability and customer service.

I expected a professional service from a workshop, but unfortunately that was far from what I received.

**I would not recommend Car Clinic to anyone.**
