Bad repair service

I booked my car in on the 1st June for a major service which included changing of front brake pads , front discs , tie rod ends , ball joints , carb base plate and anti freeze service. 2 days later after these repairs were done , my car started making funny sounds around the wheel area underneath. I took it back to Rudi to sort the problem out because this issue was never there before , he then told me to leave the car with him the whole day, and I did. Fetched the car and still the problem persisted . It's been a week later now and this issue has not been resolved . Instead today I left the car at 06h30am with Car Clinic , I returned at 15h30 and my car had not even been touched. I feel this is unprofessional and not how you treat customers , who paid . I paid R3260 for his services and now I feel my car is being overlooked because he doesn't want to own up to the fact that they *****ed up.
