Worst service of my entire life 😥

Good evening,

My name is Gladwin and I brought in my vehicle (VW polo vivo) for a major service at Ormonde Branch today (14 August 2023) just before 07:30am. I left my car for the major service and around 11:30, I received a call from Jens Venter that I need to pay an additional amount of R2105 of which the major service was R1850.

I did not have a problem with that after he explained thoroughly as to what that additional amount entails. Time went by and at 14:54pm, I received a call from Justin asking me if they told me that I need to pay a total amount of R4000. I told him yes I know about the debt and I will settle it when I come to pick up the vehicle.

I then asked Justin when will the car be ready because I was knocking off at work 15:30pm. He then assurred me that my car will be ready at 16:30. I agreed to the stipulated time and I sat at the Ormonde Branch from 15:30 until 18:00.

They kept on saying sorry for the delay and that time I had kids I needed to fetch from school. I am totally horrified at the service I received from Ormonde Branch and this was my first time bringing my car there.

I did not know that Carcare Service does not value their new customers because there was no honesty from the Justin when he assurred me that my car would be ready at 16:30. This was a huge inconvenience on my side as I could've used that time being busy with something instead of waiting for more than 2 hours waiting for my car.

It was my first and last time bringing my car at Carcare Service Centre because you do not value your customers.
