Worst Dealer Ever

Car Care Clinic Green Point Have Worst Terrible Service I have ever Received. Car Went in for issue at 15 May, took them 12 days to get back to be about diagnostics Report. After that, when they were sharing that with my Policy they use a wrong mail address that end with .co. I dont know of any SA company that ends with that. After 4 days when I asked them the delay they told me they are waiting for my policy I asked them to share the mails and I saw it never reached my Policy. I have to constantly call them for updates as they provided none and if they do it something that just does not make sense.

I found that they are the middle man for the repair and decided to contact the people dealing with the Car Directly and that was when I started to get updates. This repair took from 15 May to 28 June to be resolved and they main thing that surprised me was that I was told that I wont receive the Car until Payment from my Policy physically reflects on their account. Before the work was done they had to ask for Authorization from my Policy to give them a Go ahead with the repair and they were even told the amount that the repair was authorized for. I asked why I was not told this before as they said its a Dealer Policy, I also asked for a Copy of this Policy which I did not get.
