WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! FROM BOSS AND MANAGER

Worst experience ever!!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CAR CLINIC TABLE VIEW 1. I received a quote in Oct 2022 to send my Headset to the engineering for R2300.00 Vat incl. Unfortunately, I did not have the funds at that moment, so I saved up this money and went back to them at the end of Feb and the quote they gave me (3 months later) for the same thing was now R7354.95 vat incl. In other words, it went up more than R5000.00 in 3 months. When I spoke to the manager he was so rude and basically gave me the impression that they don't need to deal with me and I was an inconvenience for questioning them about this price diff. An older guy came in and listened to what we were discussing and told me... and I quote" take your car to KFC" I was so upset and shocked. when i asked the manager who the older guy is he told me " that is my boss" i wanted to take my car at this moment to someone else, but they already took my engine apart and i knew that the manager would still charge me the R4784.00 for Labor as he quoted me. Iv been taking my car and my wife's car to Car Clinic Table View for years and never have I experienced this type of customer service not at Car Clinic and not anywhere else. They can believe it that they will never do business with me and my wife or any person i know. BAD SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER AND BOSS!!! the ground staff (Mechanic and Reception Lady treated me better than the "boss and manager"

In a summary. THESE PEOPLE LOOK YOU BY THE FACE WHEN THEY QUOTE YOU AND THEY ARE OVER PRICE WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
