WHERE IS YOUR ETHICS???!!!!

Since my so called service (which is now obvious that it was never done) & my review regarding the above company, my vehicle hasn't been performing as it was prior to the so-called service. Because of the poor or lack of service received, I was reluctant to go back, so I took my vehicle to a private mechanic, only to find out that my spark plugs were NEVER changed, (although I was charged for new ones as well as labour). Due to the above, I will now be taking the matter further, as well as reporting my findings (documents, reports & pictures) to the OMBUDSMAN & RMI... I will further be seeking compensation for costs of items that were never replaced & labour that was obviously never done, as well as additional finances which will be incurred in order to have my vehicle serviced as it initially should have been.

This leaves me to wonder how many other people haven't been ********** in the same manner!! If you have experienced the above issues with the same company, please feel free to contact me.
