Very bad service from James Car Care Clinic (Regional Manager)

I received a very bad service from car care clinic wilrogate from the guy by the name of James he said he was the regional manager, he told me to take my cars somewhere else because I asked him why was my car not washed as they always wash cars after service, he told me I can't ask him that he is not a manager but a regional manager, the conversation got heated and he told me to **** off, the guy is very rude and full of himself, I will never take my cars to that place anymore.
