USED BRAKE PADS BEING USED BY CAR CARE CLINIC

I Had my car Serviced at Car Care Clinic Little Falls, they replaced my brake pads last year 2017 in May , 2018 May my car made fun sounds i took it there again only to be told my brake pads were finished. I was very angry and they took the brake pads back to their Supplier. Now a Rude guy from their Head office called and advised my brakes were well outside of their Warranty for me to claim, but really who replaces brakes every year.. I am very angry and want my money back i feel i was treated very badly and he had the guts to even say go and report anywhere you want , you will not get your money.. I wish i could get the Industry ombudsman number or email to report such ************ rude business people.Car Care Clinic is very good, but their head office is a nightmare.
