Unstatisfactory repair work done.

I am not happy with the level of service that I have received at your Lynwood branch. On the 12th Febryuary I took my car to your Lynwood branch for new bearings to be installed. After the installation was done, I drove it for a few meters. I heard sounds, almost as if the wheel system was falling off. I made an inquiry with the manager and he advised that the car needs new shocks, mountings and control arm bushes. What left me puzzled was that when I took the car for the installation of new bearings, the car had no other problems. Regardless, I went ahead and bought the parts that he had requested. When I went to collect the car, I was given assurance that the car was properly fixed. Before I could even get on to Lynwood road, I heard a similar sound. I made a u-turn and spoke to the manager. He advised that I need to buy a new hub and new bearings again. I comp**** with his request but the car is still not properly fixed. I took the car to TyreMart for a wheel alignment to be done but the sound is still there. After having paid a labour fee of almost R4000 I expect proper work to be done on my car. I'd like a senior memeber form your company to examine the work done on it.
